Procedure

The Accelerated Skilled Worker Procedure is not an administrative procedure. The Central Office acts as a coordinator.

Once all conditions are met, the Central Office issues a pre-approval, which is sent to the employer to be forwarded to the skilled worker. The worker then books a visa appointment with the German foreign mission in their country.
